BEGINNERS GLOW PROGRAM

A simple 20-minute routine of 22 effective face and neck exercises that will improve facial symmetry, relax frequently-overused facial muscles and tone, lift and sculpt your face.

It targets 50 crucial muscles in the face and neck particularly areas prone to asymmetry and slackening like the neck, jawline, chin, lips, cheeks, under eye area and forehead.

PRIYA RECOMMENDS
• Practice at least 6 times a week - once in the morning to activate a day-long glow and once in the evening to relax and reset your facial muscles.
• Initially practice in front of a mirror to ensure that your posture is correct, your body is aligned and you are using your fingers and hands correctly.
• Take Before and After pictures to see your progress - one at the beginning of the week and one at the end, clicked in good light, preferably without makeup and with hair pulled back.
• Combine your daily face exercise routine with face massage techniques (click here to buy) at least three times a week to achieve best results.
• Stay hydrated. Never hold your breath. Always use a small amount of moisturizer, face serum, or even sunscreen to keep your skin hydrated during the routine.
• Remember to always listen to your body and not overstretch or over-clench any muscle, even if you feel new sensations on your face which is perfectly normal.
• Most importantly, be consistent and have fun along the journey. Face Yoga is intended to be a seamless and enjoyable part of your life and daily routines.
